Mechanical Engineering Systems of Maryam Surgery Center

Due to the specific use of the building, the range of air conditioning systems used is very diverse:

Heating system

1. Terminal Units

This part of the air conditioning system is divided into four main categories according to their nature in the heating sector:

  • All Air System
    • Air conditioner units with a constant volume of one (cooling and heating)
    • McQuay type with three filter bedding in clean parts and operating chambers Aluminum filter Hepa filter bags Filter
    • Air & Water System Cooling & Heating)
  • Fan coil + air cooled
    • All Daikin imported devices with high functionality and efficiency
  • All Water System (Heating)
    • Radiator and towel dryer
  • Units package system (cooling and heating)
    Unitary Refrigerant Based System for Air-Conditioning
    • Split unit (with or without thermal coil)
    • All Daikin imported devices with high functionality and efficiency.

2. Power generators and engine room equipment

  • Heat generator
    • Cast iron boilers, which are used in hot water heating systems.
    • Two sets of 1-spin boiler units
    • Steel boilers, which are used for steam for moisture and sterilization of medical wares
    • A Pakman Fire Tube Tube
  • Expansions
    • Open expansion source, installed at a height above the last consumer (FRP)
    • The source of expansion of the package, which is installed inside the engine
  • Health Hot Water Supply Resources
    • Quilly source

Cooling system

1. Terminal Units

  • Cool tower
    • Cooling towers with FRP-type fiberglass body
  • Expansions
    • The open expansion source, which is installed at an altitude higher than the last consumer.

water supply system

1- Providing water pressure

Providing water pressure is not possible due to the height of the building in a natural way without the use of a pump. Providing the required pressure is possible in two ways:

  • Stationary booster pump
  • Variable speed pump boosters (used in this project)
  • لI am explaining that all the pumps used in this building are of high quality European quality (Granof brand).

2- Hardener

A buffer is used to collect water salts in order to prevent the formation of internal deposition of pipes, reservoirs and other equipment. In general, it has two types:

  • Chemical hardening agent
  • Physical agitator
  • A duplex duplexing machine with a high quality Prolite resin manufactured by Pakistan

1- Sewage collection system

Sewage collection network in terms of how the sewage hose system is implemented:

  • Sewage collection system with parallel ventilation
    • In this system, an independent tube called the vertical vent pipe is considered parallel to the sewage pipe.
  • System for collecting sewage with secondary ventilation
    • In this siphon system, each toilet is connected to the vent hinged tube by the ventilation pipe

2. Sewage disposal system

Sewage collection includes sewage, hospital and surgical sections, kitchen, sewage services Hygienic, juicy houses and surface waters of the parking lot, which are disposed of after collecting in three ways:

  • Sewage disposal
    • By digging several ring wells in the space below the sewage collection collected into them...

3. Rainwater harvesting system

The rainwater collection network is parallel to the sewage system to collect and transfer snow and rain water from the surface of the roof or surfaces on the terraces to the outlet.

4. Rain Water Disposal System

The absorbing well is guided by drilling several wells in the space under the building of the rainwater collected into them.

Air Conditioning Systems

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS

Choosing the type of air conditioning fan in different spaces depends on different factors.
The first parameter is to consider the amount of air flow required.
The second parameter is the assessment of the location and location of the fan installation in terms of architectural, technical and also in terms of sanitary conditions.
